Dry hire is a very popular and cost effective way if you like doing things yourself.
Dry hire includes the following:

- The use of the bar and Kitchen area.
If you require anything extra please do not hesitate to let us know we would be more than happy to help you.
Please be advised you will need to leave the venue in the same state we gave it to you.
